How to cancel an order that has been paid?

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Note.For rush orders like Special material products to be delivered within 7 days, the cancellation might charged more than usual as the rush order process much faster.

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to return the item.Over due claim for return will not be accepted.
Our service team will send you an email to confirm all the order information with you within 1 working day after we get your payment. Please pay attention to check your email to confirm order information. As your Special material productswould enter into process once the email sent out. We will process the order 100% conform to the information in your order,if there is any  mistakes made on our side, you can get all your money back or require us to resend you the right item free.
